Description

Sip into summer season with this refreshing California Peach Bellini recipe! Made with ripe peaches and glowing wine, it’s the right straightforward cocktail for brunch or heat evenings.


  • 2 cups peeled, chilled, sliced peaches (about 2 massive peaches; could use frozen or canned, see beneath*)
  • 1 (750-ml) bottle Prosecco or California glowing white wine, chilled
  • 6 recent mint leaves


Directions
